This is a valuable and courageous book. Very highly recommend. For people who may have faced some of the same issues as depicted in this story, there is much healing to be found here. Caution there is some mention of child sexual abuse.
I just finished reading the above book - it was excellent! I couldn't put it down. I kept telling myself I would just read another chapter and the next thing I knew, I was done. Thank you Pauline for opening up your heart and soul and pouring it into the book - it was riveting.
Chelsea, Massachusetts. Back in the day when the melting pot of America came to terms with the fact that "you need me". WE came from immigrant families, Italian, Irish, and Portuguese mainly, with a little on the hill Jewish flavor (at the time). But we melded and became, in the end, the sons and daughters of the 70's. Not easy, but a "whole lot a love" learned.

While the content is quite good, I think that Pauline should have written it as a narrative story rather than the mixed method that she used.
